Budapest foodie recommendation: Most Bisztró 😍🍴 💾 Save this post for your next trip to Budapest! We found this amazing restaurant just around the corner from Hard Rock Hotel and had some of the nicest food there! Not only was the setting of this space so gorgeous (swipe to see!) but I also loved the laid-back atmosphere. Plus it was so affordable too (at least without the double Mojitos we couldn’t help but order 😂) I loved the tasty crispy chicken with fries and coleslaw (I know, it’s not very experimental of me but it was SO good!) and Shaun had a delicious vindaloo curry which was spicy and full of flavour 🔥 📍 Most Bisztró, Budapest, Zichy Jenő u. 17, 1066 Hungary 💵 ££ 🏷️ @mostbudapest #MostBudapest #MostBisztro #Jet2Budapest #Jet2 #Jet2Pic @jet2pics #BudapestFood #EatBudapest #Budapest #ExploreBudapest #VisitBudapest #CityBreak #Hungary #VisitHungary #BudapestHungary #TravelBloggger

Mimosas for breakfast, anyone? 🥂 A little throwback to our AMAZING stay at the Hard Rock Hotel, Budapest last month. 5 places to visit in the Cotswolds in the winter ❄️👇🏻⁣ Did you know that the Cotswolds can be just as beautiful to visit in the winter as any other time of the year? Even during rainy and moody days, there's plenty to do when visiting the below villages: - Burford has lots of seasonal and antique shops, tearooms and medieval pretty buildings to marvel at -Lacock is a stunning National Trust historic village with Harry Potter filming locations and Lacock Abbey - Woodstock has a great museum (The Oxfordfordshire Museum) and Blenheim Palace - You can find Stow's Tolkien Door in Stow-on-the-Wold, as well as independent art, antique and book shops - Though it's technically just outside of the Cotswolds, Gloucester is beautiful even on a rainy day. Visit Gloucester Cathedral for more Harry Potter filming locations and lots of great museums Don't let the chilly weather and rain stop you from visiting the Cotswolds! A rainy day also means fewer crowds and an alternative view of the above popular villages. #TheCotswolds #Cotswolds #England #VisitEngland #VisitBritain #Fall #EscapeToTheCountry #EnglishCountryside #CaptureYourLifestyle #Lifestylers #CaptureEveryDay #MicroBlogger #MicroBloggers #HashtagAuthentic #OfCosyMoments #PursuePrettyThings #Cotswolds_Culture @cotswolds_culture #CountryLiving #BritainCaptured #LittlePiecesOfBritain #VisitTheCotswolds #Your_Cotswolds

Is anyone else finding January just that bit tougher this year?⁣ I never really get too affected by this time of year but this time around I'm feeling tired, unmotivated and so burnt out! It doesn't help that I barely remember anything from September onwards last year - apart from Halloween and Christmas - and both of them seem to have passed by in the blink of an eye. I'm making sure to take it extra easy this month. I'm taking more time for myself and choosing to spend less time on my phone/laptop/PC. 👀 I say this as I side-eye the pile of five books that have just turned up to add to my ever-growing TBR pile... Luckily I have a very exciting holiday to Budapest to look forward to at the end of the month, so hopefully I'll have a lot more content to share then! If anyone else is feeling the January blues this year, I see ya and I feel ya 👋❄️ The only advice I can give is to keep drinking those Bailey's hot chocolates: I've promised myself not to give up the Bailey's until February at the very earliest 😂 #GoAwayJanuary #JanuaryBlues #Skiing #Winter #Workation #DigitalNomad #NomadicLife #CoLiving #RemoteWork #Skiing #BloggersTribe #BlogLifeTogether #BloggerShare

Hello 2024 🥂✨⁣ After an extended break offline (for the most part, I was still stalking everyone's insta stories, even if I wasn't posting!), I'm feeling (mostly) refreshed for the new year. I didn't realise until Christmas week just how burnt out I was feeling and how much I needed a few days of just doing nothing! As we spend this week easing into the new year, I'm trying to set some soft resolutions for 2024: ✨ be happy ✨ be healthy And that's about it! I also want to take more time out to myself, but that's a total work in progress 😂 What are your New Year's resolutions, if you've made any? Let me know! (Also, hello 34 👀👋🏻 this photo was taken on my 34th birthday last month, shortly before my family came over for a curry. It was a lovely evening 🥰) #Hello2024 #NewYear #NewYearsResolutions #LetsDoThis2024 #Goodbye2023

I had so much fun visiting Winchester Christmas market at the weekend as an early birthday treat! We had such a lovely couple of days away and the market was so beautiful. I can understand now why it's considered one of the best Christmas markets in Europe! I loved the food market which served all different types of tasty treats and the huts and stalls actually sold some really good gifts, not just tat! Although I did end up buying only things for myself and no one else... It was really fun exploring the rest of Winchester too which looked so pretty decorated for the season 🎄 #Winchester #WinchesterChristmasMarket #VisitWinchester #Christmas #ChristmasMarket #FestiveFun #LoveWinchester #ChristmasTravel #ChristmasTrip #VisitEngland #VisitBritain

Unbox and decorate my @bloomandwild tiny Christmas tree with me 🎄✨ Even though I have a proper Christmas tree, every year I like to treat myself to a mini one from Bloom and Wild. It helps add a festive touch to my desk when I work from home. I always take them up to my mum's grave for Christmas, and a few weeks later my nan takes them home and plants them! #Christmas #ChristmasTree #TinyTree #TinyChristmasTree #BloomAndWild #ChristmasDecor #ChristmasCottage

My favourite artists to see live - Formidable Joy

I’ve been to so many gigs in my lifetime and when it came to seeing my favourite bands multiple times, I was scared it would get to the point where shows just didn’t have that excitement anymore. In recent years, I’ve found seeing this band live has always been a great experience. Much like Bowling For Soup, they’re very stripped back and basic: apart from frontman John O’Callaghan encouraging a member of the crowd to get on stage and sing one of their top hits with them, they essentially just perform – and talk to the crowd. Do you have any bands you’ve seen so many times but still love the show or experience something new each time?

Hello April - Formidable Joy

It’s already received rave reviews, so this is one I’ll definitely be taking the time to see. At the time of writing this (it’s kind of hard writing these sort of posts so far in advance! ) I can’t believe I’m away whilst it’s back – especially after that massive cliffhanger at the end of the last season! So far, at the time of writing, I’ve only heard three songs from the album (Numb Without You, My Best Habit and Broken Hearts) which are amazing, so naturally, the rest of the album is going to be just as good.

5 experiences I'm looking forward to in America - Formidable Joy

There’s so much I’m looking forward to, from trying the classic American junk food like In-N-Out burger and meeting so many cute American guys (with their amazing accent of course). From what I’ve gathered, we’ve got The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and The Mummy ride (yay! ), but not the famous Jurassic Park ride that everyone talks about. I’ve heard Joshua Tree is beautiful (I mean, even my fave’s The Maine recorded there), so I’m sure the hiking will be worth it. I’ve tried to include experiences from all over our planned trip, but being that we haven’t yet done much research into Tijuana or San Digo, most of these experiences take place around Vegas/LA.

6 European music festivals worth travelling for - Formidable Joy

It’s only been a few years since I started going to proper music festivals but since my first time at Reading in 2016, I’ve never looked back. Rock am Ring (German for Rock at the ring) is one of the largest music festivals held in Germany (alongside Rock im Park) and is normally at the top of the bucket list for many rock ‘n’ roll fans. Offering acts such as Bring Me The Horizon, Limp Bizkit, Florence + The Machine and Thirty Seconds to Mars across five days, Electric Castle also combines music with technology and art installations too, for when you fancy a bit of variety. Get yourself a job at the job centre (and don’t forget the office Christmas party! ) and spend your evenings checking out the variety of acts at quirky stages/districts such as Diss-order Alley (ska, punk and metal against a background of a run down and graffiti-covered city), Forest parties (for acid techno amongst colourful trippy deco beyond hidden forest pathways) and, new for 2019, Area 404 – who knows what this is going to bring.
