Almost Easter so popping in to your feed with some easy (and adorable🐣) Easter Egg Cupcakes!🧁 Made these with one of my favorite vanilla cake mixes from @whitegoldglutenfree! It was such an incredible weekend spent connecting with brands, meeting friends, and getting to chat with some amazing founders🩵 Sharing a few more favorites below + you can find more products on my stories🫶 Tell me what new product you want to try first!⬇️ 1️⃣ Obsessed with @johnnypops popsicles! I had so many over the weekend - they’re all top 8 free! 2️⃣ @sweetlorens has a NEW cookie flavor coming to stores later this spring! 🍋 It’s SO good! 3️⃣ @sweetlorens also launched 3 new products, puff pastry, pizza dough, and pie crust 🥧 They should be coming to stores later this month! 4️⃣ Found them in stores a few weeks ago, but @oatly released new oat milk creamers in 4 flavors ☕️ I tried them all and the mocha was my favorite! 5️⃣ @raakachocolate is one of my og favorite nut-free chocolate brands and they just released new functional chocolate bars 🍫 They’re made in their nut-free facility in Brooklyn! 6️⃣ @wholly_gf finally launched their birthday cake skillet cookie! I got to taste test these with @spokininc when they were in r&d a few months and this was my favorite flavor! 🍰You can now find it in stores + online! 7️⃣ @mydandies has a new vegan marshmallow fluff 🔥 Hands down one of the best new allergy-friendly products I tried! 8️⃣ @grainfreebaker has a new top 8 free cookie mix coming out soon! 🍪 9️⃣ Discovered @topfoxsnacks a brand that makes dedicated nut-free sunflower & pumpkin seeds! Had so much fun at @natprodexpo yesterday discovering new brands and trying so many amazing allergy-friendly products!🤩 Here were some of my favorite finds from my first day! I loved that it tastes a bit nutty but is totally nut-free & super creamy! 5️⃣ @everybody_eating is releasing new top 8 free cookie bites in 3 flavors 🍪 6️⃣ @yumearth has 2 new products coming - sour littles and duo pops! 🍭 7️⃣ @allgoodles has a new GF mac & cheese! 🧀 8️⃣ @finallychickpeasnacks one of my favorite nut-free spread companies has a rebrand! They still have all 3 spread flavors, original, chocolate, and cookie butter! 9️⃣ @voyagefoods is coming out with bean-free coffee ☕️ It’s still caffeinated (made from green tea!) and tastes so similar to coffee (and love that it’s more sustainable!) 🔟 @raisedglutenfree has 3 new top 8 free cookie mixes! They’re also releasing a brand new pumpkin pie 🥧 in the fall that’s still nut & gluten-free but has dairy & eggs. One of my most loved recipes from last year… THE BEST GF BANANA BREAD!🍞🍌 Made with super simple ingredients + my favorite dedicated nut-free chocolate chips from @vermontnutfree! It has the perfect ratio of banana to chocolate and super fluffy texture!✨Full recipe is below! Ingredients: 2 large ripe bananas 1 tsp baking soda 1/3 cup melted dairy-free butter (I used @earthbalance) 2 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cups GF flour blend with xanthan gum (I used @kingarthurbaking) 1 cup @vermontnutfree chocolate chips Optional: top with your fav nut-free butter (I recommend @oat.haus) Recipe: Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, mash bananas until creamy. Stir in baking soda then melted butter. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl then fold into batter. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Mix in flour. Once batter is fully incorporated, stir in chocolate chips.
