I am a travel loving teacher who wants to encourage people of all ages to use global experience as a learning tool. I have a passion for combining literature and multi-media with travel to create connections that allow others to expand their horizons. With over 15 years of teaching experience, I'm a proud Navy veteran that has visited 5 continents and I've absorbed all that those cultures have to offer. I'm eager to turn experience into success for others so that they will discover their inner traveling gypsy too!
My Blog TGC is a travel blog focused on global life long learning. It tackles topics that contribute to making any traveler more literate as they are experiencing the world. I have a thirst to find the similarities we share and value the differences that make each society unique. It’s this quest that creates a globally literate citizen. TGC’s hope is that this empowers people to think of travel as an opportunity and not a barrier.
