Here’s 𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝗪𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐝 + How 👉 𝘞𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘔𝘢𝘀𝘳𝘰𝘎⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ She came to me with: ⁣⁣ > 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧⁣⁣ > 𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐬⁣⁣ > 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐧⁣⁣ > 𝐚𝐧𝐱𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐚𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We started with the 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐊 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐥 (an elimination diet working quickly to create the most inclusive diet as possible) and have been working for 8 weeks. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 in to give her a good idea of how much MORE food she should be eating. Last week, she finished her 𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐟 𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐫 𝐚 𝐔𝐓𝐈, and guess what?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It had 𝐧𝐚 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭. Because we took the time 4-6 weeks prior to lower inflammation, reduce bloat, and establish healthier lifestyle practices
12 days of antibiotics did nothing to her. 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐭 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐳𝐲 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ In fact, 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐀 𝐢𝐧: ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ “OKKKK 𝐈 𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐚 𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 and felt good. I had 𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐲𝐊𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐊𝐬 after eating chicken tenders, french fries, mac and cheese, and ranch... like what!? After all of my issues lately, 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐜𝐀𝐞𝐝. I actually 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐬𝐲𝐊𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐊𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘 𝐃𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐀!!!”⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ At this point, 𝘐 𝘳𝘊𝘀𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘊𝘯𝘥𝘊𝘥 𝘢 𝘀𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘣𝘊𝘳𝘳𝘺/𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘎𝘊 𝘎𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘊𝘮𝘊𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘎𝘱𝘊𝘀𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘀 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘪𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘀 known to help those who have chronic UTIs. 𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐎 is 𝘵𝘳𝘊𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘚. And 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐲. ⁣ ⁣ Society has you 𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠. ⁣ ⁣ You start 𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐭 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, saving all of your calories before bed. ⁣ ⁣ You 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲 and feel 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝. ⁣ ⁣ The 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐚𝐭 begins. The smelly 𝐠𝐚𝐬. The 𝐧𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐚. The 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧.⁣ ⁣ 𝘈𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘊𝘀𝘢𝘶𝘎𝘊 𝘺𝘰𝘶: ⁣ 1. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, which 𝘥𝘊𝘀𝘳𝘊𝘢𝘎𝘊𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘎𝘐 𝘮𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 *slowed metabolism* ⁣ 2. Became 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 and 𝐟𝐚𝐚𝐝 𝐬𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 in the small intestine, as a result of your decreased GI motility⁣ 3. You 𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐊𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐝 which further prolonged the amount of time food sat in your small intestine (compared to normal rates during the day)⁣ 4.
