Wij zijn generatie X. đŞ â˘Wie geboren is tussen 1960 en 1987. â˘Wij zijn de laatste generatie die buiten speelde tot het donker werd. â˘Wij zijn de EERSTEN die videospelletjes speelden en de LAATSTEN die liedjes van de radio opnamen op een cassette. â˘We vonden de familie shows op tv geweldig op vrijdag en zaterdagavond. â˘We programmeerden de videorecorder voor iedereen. â˘We hebben de jaren 80 overleefd met getoupeerd haar en het tijdperk van alles wat extravagant is en waar je alles nog kon zeggen en doen zonder dat het werd afgestraft of gefilmd. â˘We maakten wandelingen met of zonder vrienden zonder bang te zijn, gingen al om 21â°â°u naar de disco en happy hour begon om 23â°â°u. â˘Na het uitgaan alleen naar huis fietsen of lopen kon gewoon. â˘We herinneren ons dat we geleerd hebben voor het eerst een computer te gebruiken, programmeren in DOS, speelden spelletjes op Atari, Nintendo en op de Commodore 64. â˘Wij zijn de generatie van Dukes of Hazard, Scooby-Doo, Mickey mouse, Donald Duck, Love Boat, Family Ties, Alf, Magnum, Married with Children, Knight Rider, Kung Fu, Little House on the Prairie, Tour of Duty, Happy Days, Golden Girls, Twilight Zone, The A-Team & MacGyver... â˘Dit was de tijd van de discotheken zoals It, Roxy, maar ook van de knuffelrock CDâs. â˘Wij gingen van de ene fuif naar de andere, om samen te zijn, niet via 1 of ander chatprogramma op de pc. â˘Naar school fietsen op een normale fiets. (deden we in grote groepen.) â˘We reisden in autoâs zonder gordels of airbags, we lieten de ramen zakken met een hendel, de deuren ĂŠĂŠn voor ĂŠĂŠn handmatig afsluiten, we reden zonder gordels achterin en we leefden zonder mobieltjes. â˘We hadden geen flatscreen, surround sound, iPads, Netflix, Facebook en Tiktok... â˘Maar we hadden het goed met elkaar! â˘We spraken af en was je te laat dan wachtte de ander gewoon. â˘Als het eten klaar was dan riep je moeder je vanuit het raam of ze liep een rondje door de buurt. â˘Maar vooral; we hebben veel tijd samen doorgebracht zonder smartphone in onze handen en we hadden altijd heel veel te vertellen. â¤ď¸ DĂĄt was super!
