Minimise your running wardrobe to save money and the planet

And she was right, my wardrobes were spilling at the seams with clothes, running kit and other miscellaneous items I didn’t need. The clothes either didn’t fit properly or didn’t reflect my true style. I wondered how much money I’d wasted and why I’d lived with wardrobes stuffed full of clothes I didn’t like. Is being Scandinavian the key to health and happiness?

The World Health Organisation cites physical inactivity as one of the ten leading causes of premature death worldwide. Amazingly, even London is made up of 47% green space with ongoing government plans to improve ‘London’s Great Outdoors’. I went into the marathon with classic pre-race nerves and a little niggle in my foot but overall just really excited to go back to run such a cool city. It was really important to me for us all to take focus of me or running and enjoy Copenhagen together in its own right.
