Cook Budweiser® Beer Battered Shrimp according to package directions and keep warm. In a medium bowl, combine Roma tomato, jalapeño, mango, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste. To assemble lettuce cup place Budweiser® Beer Battered Shrimp in center of lettuce leave and top with Mango Avocado salsa.
In a large bowl, add kale and drizzle with olive oil. In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring water and salt to a boil. Whisk in butter and grits and reduce heat to simmer until mixture is creamy and has thickened. Add cream and cheese and whisk together until melted and completely combined.
Prepare SeaPak Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp according to package directions, and keep warm while preparing pasta. Cook penne pasta according to package directions; drain and cover. In a large saucepan with a tight-fitting lid, add 4 tablespoons butter and heat at a medium-low temperature. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with SeaPak Jumbo Butterfly Shrimp.
