So instead of using the last few days of the year to set resolutions for the next one, I take that time to put a big ‘ol bow on the current year by reviewing: The big moments/themes of the yearWhat I want to remember to celebrateWhat I need to remember to learn from I ended last year’s reflections by projecting that “2018 will continue the theme of God asking me to use what He has given me for His purposes and not my own. But all it represents this year; a year that also blessed us with Black Panther, and then the Netflix film To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before and Jon Cho starring in Searching. This year we had a huge Chinese New Year party.

Oh, and this post doesn’t deal with questions about how a liver transplant works or any other medical things you can find through a google search or from the material your transplant center can provide you with. There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friend. If love for them was my truest, deepest motivation, then that provided a strength and motivation more powerful than any fear or doubt So I can’t say that was a direct result of the transplant so much as a result of a weakened immune system during recovery and my body’s natural tendency to get skin infections when I’m compromised and hormones are fluctuating.
and we know you’re a bone marrow match for an 11 year old cancer patient. My cousin’s results show that his new liver is operating perfectly. It helped me a lot to read/hear other donor’s experiences when I was going through the donor selection process.
