How we’re feeding Jojo (a toddler). – Yeah…Immaeatthat

a person out there who doesn’t have a negative thought about there body from time to time), but we should instead model that we’re mindful to take care of our body in spite of it ending up a size we may not be comfortable with I feel like we need to make at this point since she’s still eating food at every meal (sometimes it’s only one bite, but the majority of the time it’s more than that). and she didn’t touch her food include first telling Jo we’re not eating right now because we just had lunch and you didn’t eat much, we can have “x” food for a snack in a couple hours immaEATthat is a blog for those with disordered eating or eating disorders who’d like to make peace with food and their natural body size.

breadsticks (my favorite carb to have with salads lately) – Yeah…Immaeatthat

Lately, my favorite carb to pair with salads (this salad, in particular) has been homemade breadsticks. HEB, my favorite grocery store in the world, sells frozen balls of pizza dough and they are perfect for making breadsticks! Yes, it makes an excellent dipping spice, but it also is so great for topping pizza or breadsticks with. Slice into bread sticks and serve with salad, lasagna, lasagna and salad, or whatever else sounds like it'd be good with breadsticks

Pumpkin bread & muffins – Yeah…Immaeatthat

cups granulated sugar 1 cup butter, melted 4 large eggs 1 tbsp vanilla 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp salt 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 cup chocolate chips (more to top loaf and muffins with) Preheat Add in all remaining ingredients, except the chocolate chips. I like to add mini chocolate chips to the top of the pumpkin bread and a few regular chocolate chips to the muffins tops to make them pretty. Bake muffins for 18-20 minutes and loaf for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

3 months as a mom of 2 kiddos. – Yeah…Immaeatthat

I feel like working makes me a better mom, gives me some perspective, and getting to be a mom makes me a more grateful business owner. Since Jo was born I’ve felt a need for more of a work life and personal life separation, but I didn’t know what that would look like. I think it means a lot less frequent posting schedule and not having the girls on IG much, which is what has been happening since Jo was born, but I don’t think I ever officially said. So that was a bit of a setback, but overall I almost feel as functional as I want/need to be (i.e. I can go on walks with the girls, can ride our bikes to bible study, can throw Jo up above my head, can do airplane with Jo, can do the weighted ropes in our garage, can do mommastrong videos, can have my sleep interrupted for 12 months and miraculously still function haha).
