When the folks at Estância Brazilian Steakhouse reached out to me to come try their new brunch service, it came at the perfect time. When you are ready for meats to be freshly carved onto your plate, you flip over the card to green and the amazing staff brings you meats. This restaurant also happens to have the most incredible salad bar I have ever seen. It’s a perfect end to a perfect brunch.

Today I’m here to talk to you about one of my absolute favorite brunch spots in Austin, Blue Dahlia Bistro. If you ask me for almost any type of brunch recommendation, Blue Dahlia will likely be on the list. They have a few different locations in the Austin area, and I’ve been to two of them so far (I’m coming for you someday Westlake! ). I don’t know why it took me so long to visit the cutest place ever, but now that I know @papispies exists, it’s one of my new favorites! They have a ton of delicious pies and treats, savory items like quiche and tartines, and they have gluten free and Keto friendly dishes like frittatas! Let me tell you about a little place in Austin, Texas called The Beer Plant. The Beer Plant is an incredible vegan gastropub that offers a 100% plant-based menu…a menu with some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted. By the way, not only is the food amazing, but the decor is great and the staff was super friendly. Shown here is the decadent French Toast with Coconut Whip (one of my top three French Toasts, easily) and the Smoked Carrot Bagel And Lox.
