Chocolate Cheesecake Dip

This slightly tangy creamy chocolate cheesecake dip makes a great dessert and is much quicker to make than a full on cheesecake too! Chocolate spread - You can use a well known brand such as Nutella, an alternative brand or even make your own Nutella! I always make this cheesecake dip with philadelphia cream cheese but of course you can use any brand. Yes, you can use a different spread instead of chocolate spread.

Chocolate Chip Scones

- I use milk but dark chocolate chips would work too How do you make them? I use exactly the same method to make these scones as I use to make my fruit scones. For the first step of rubbing the butter into the flour you can use a food processor if that's easier for you. I have adapted this recipe from a fruit scone recipe and you can simply replace the chocolate chips with something else.

Easy Bombay Potatoes

These easy bombay potatoes are a great Indian side dish. If you love spicy Indian potatoes then you definitely need to try this recipe. Cook gently for about 5 minutes and then add the ground spices and paste. As far as other dishes go then these Bombay potatoes are great with meaty or vegetarian curries as well as rice and Indian breads.

Spiced Celeriac Soup

Soup is such a great way of avoiding food waste by using up vegetables that might otherwise hide at the back of the fridge slowly going limp and soft. Vegetable stock - Use homemade or bought stock or a stock cube. This soda bread with yogurt is also a quick and easy homemade bread option. I love adding spices to soup and although this potato and celeriac soup is not super spicy, the spices do add to the flavour.
