A cute wood vase? Of course I made my own. I love the look of natural wood decor, but not the price. I made this one with an inexpensive glass vase and some wood dowels. The key is a good, strong glue that will bond the wood to the glass quickly and permanently. Gorilla hot glue was perfect for the job. The glue has a longer working time so I could get the placement of each dowel just right. Yet I didn’t have to hold each piece in place until the glue dried. The vase came together quickly and looks so good on my favorite tray. #sponsored #gorillaglue #hotglue #diycrafts #diyhomedecor @thegorillagluecompany

Let’s DIY a natural wood vase. Because why buy when I can use an inexpensive glass vase and wood dowels to make my own? The key to a project that will hold up to lots of use is a good glue. @thegorillagluecompany hot glue does the trick here, it has a longer working time so I can get the placement of each piece just right. Wood burning with an EasyPress, yes you can do that! You'll need a scorch marker and a piece of bare wood, the stencil is optional. You can freehand designs too. It's a fun, low cost, way to create permanent designs on wood. Have you tried this? #cricuteasypress #woodburning

Plant stakes are a great beginner project for any laser. Make these from acrylic or wood and design them for your own plants or as part of a gift. This Easter plant stake is cut from basswood, which works with any laser. The design is from Creative Fabrica (link in bio). I painted and sealed each layer, glued them together, then added this to a plant. Have you laser cut a plant stake yet? #eastercrafts #lasercut #woodcrafts

Thrifting a gift for a crafter or artist. I was amazed at how many new items I found. I spent $10 total on this and it's really nice. I had to dig through bins but it was worth it. #thrifting #thriftstorefinds #giftideas #crafter

It's all in the kitchen aisle 🏃‍♀️ 2 wire shelves, 3 utensil bins, zip ties and glue. Previously I was storing my nail polish in a cute bin but I had to rummage through to see the colors. I wanted something that was easy to see, but kept my nail stuff organized. Dollar Tree for the win! #dollartree #organization #nailpolish

Budget friendly tools, yes please! I use these with almost every project and you can find them at Dollar Tree. #cricuthacks #crafter #dollartree #cricut

I love a good Dollar Tree craft. The wood blank section is constantly rotating with new shapes. These oval plaques are a regular but the scalloped box was in with the new Spring items. Paint, craft foam and a little vinyl give this a pretty Easter look. Pro tip: When Cricut has a sale, grab a new blade or 2. You won't use these all the time, but they are great to have around when you want to cut different material. The deep point blade is a great addition for your Maker, Explore and Venture machines. There's a free Cricut blade and tool guide at the link in my bio, it's a handy reference for figuring out which tools work with each machine and what they do. #cricutmade #easterdecor #eastercrafts #dollartreecrafts

I'm making all the hats! 🧢 I really didn't think I needed a hat press, I have a mini press that was working just fine. Then I got one, and changed my mind! I love the curved surface and hat mold, the process is so much easier and my HTV sticks better. Grab the hat press at the link in my bio. Use code PRHAT20 to save an additional 20% off the machine! #hatpress #heatpress #htv #crafter
