Cooking brunch for a crowd is no problem with this yummy and veggie-packed sheet pan breakfast hash (with optional bacon, because, duh). You guys know I’m obsessed with sheet pan recipes by now (see also: Mix + Match Sheet Pan Dinners // Sheet Pan Maple Curry Chicken // Sheet Pan Asian Salmon with Veggies // Sheet Pan Mediterranean Chicken Thighs)

Weekend Recap + Intuitive Eating Talk - fANNEtastic food

Hi friends! First things first – a huge good luck shout out to any of you running the Boston Marathon today! I wish I were there to cheer in person, but I’m excited to follow along virtually. The base was a mix of quinoa + cucumbers + tomato + scallions + a vinaigrette (lots of lemon juice + olive oil + dijon mustard + some salt and pepper), and the fish was pan seared in olive oil with some oregano, salt, and pepper sprinkled on before cooking

Green Goddess Bowl with Raw Honey Herb Vinaigrette

Let’s celebrate with colorful salads, shall we? These bright, refreshing, and nourishing green goddess bowls with raw honey herb vinaigrette will be your new favorite lunch. Thank you to Aunt Sue’s Raw & Unfiltered honey for sponsoring this post! I’ve always loved Goddess Bowls, which as far as I can tell are just a fancier name for a hearty, filling grain salad bowl
