Carlos Ruiz, with over 11 years’ experience under his belt in the hospitality industry is a multi- award-winning mixologist with a myriad of prestigious recognitions. Starting his career from the bottom-up, Carlos is a passionate and knowledgeable “mixologist” who stationed at multiple award-winning restaurants and resorts including Ryland Inn, Agricola Eatery and AAA 4- Diamond property Crystal Springs Resort.
His cocktail journey lead him all over the world to compete in notable competitions taking 25 awards throughout his career. Some awards include 1st place in Iron Shaker®, 1st place in Booze & Infuse National Cocktail Competition and 2nd place in Gin Mare Mediterranean Inspirations Cocktail Competition.
He also recently earned the title of Agave Spirits Specialist for one of the top 10 distributors in the US.
He is honored to have been a brand ambassador for Ole Smoky Moonshine and Johnnie Walker Scotch and to have his acclaimed cocktail creations featured on the front cover of Tasting Panel Magazine, Huffpost, Cosmo, Spirits Business, Liquor.com, Telemundo, Univision, Vice and many more
He has created cocktails for the most influental celebrities in the world. Dwayne (The rock) Johnson, Aaron Paul, Becky G, Maria Celeste, Ismael Cala, Alie Ward and many more.

Let me know in the comments. “CAFE CON QUESO” 60 ml vodka 30 ml @licor43usa 30 ml @mrblackspirits 30 ml Peruvian espresso 2 drops tiki bitters 1/2 cup of green apples Garnish: Parmesan cheese, grated cinnamon, green apple fan In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients. Muddle, shake with ice and double strain into coupe glass.
