Hello friends, today I am using these delicious and fresh salmon from @bleuhousesalmon to prepare a quick and easy yet full of nutrients and OMEGA 3s for my kids, they absolutely love this dish and devour it whenever i make it, you will not believe how easy it is to prepare. Stuffed rice balls: To prepare this delicious rice balls you will need: 1 cup short grain rice. 1 & half cup of water. Cook the rice until done, the rice should be sticky. For the filling: ————————- 1 piece of fresh salmon seasoned with salt and pepper fully cooked and shredded. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon ketchup. 1 tablespoon coco aminos. Salt and pepper to taste. I used these cute molds to prepare the rice balls for my kids, but you can surely make them by hand and shape them in deferent ways. Hello friends, today i am making a dish that i have been craving for a long time. These delicious salmon fillets from @bluehousesalmon are the perfect 👌 freshness for this dish, did you know that; Bluehouse Salmon made it its mission to produce delicious salmon in the U.S.A. that is raised 100% on land in a Bluehouse to protect our coastal areas. It’s Sushi- grade and raised in pure aquifer water free of: Mercury and Microplastic for freshness you can taste. So to make this delicious Puff pastry Salmon You will need: 2 pieces of fresh salmon. 2 ready to use puff pastry sheets. For the filling: ————————— 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/2 an onion diced. 3 handfuls of baby spinach. 4 ounces of cream cheese. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. One egg beaten for the wash. Dinner Rolls: Recipe: 6 cups all purpose flour. 2 tablespoons yeast. 4 tablespoons sugar. 1 &1/2 teaspoons salt. 2 eggs at room temperature. 1 & 1/2 cups warm milk. 1/2 cup warm water. 4 tablespoons soft butter. 1. Mix the yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar with the water and let it stand for 5 minutes, make sure it’s active. 2. To a stand mixer add the milk, yeast mixture (when bubbly), one whole egg and only the white from the other egg (reserve the yolk for the egg wash), the flour, the rest of the sugar and salt. 3. Mix well until the dough forms, knead the dough on medium for five minutes then add the butter and knead for another 2 minutes or until you have a soft dough, the dough will be slightly sticky to the touch which is preferable. 4. Coat a clean bowl with oil and add your dough to the bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it proof in a warm place for one hour. ( I normally use my oven with only the oven light on). 5. After one hour your dough should be doubled in size, divide it into 24 equal portions and roll it on the working surface to form a perfect roll, add to the baking dish. 6. For the egg wash add some milk to the egg yolk that you preserved, mix well and brush the surface of the rolls. (I find brushing the rolls before the second proof yields much better results than after proofing). 7. Let the rolls proof uncovered until they double in size. 8. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F and bake the dinner rolls for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Simple white bread loaf: Ingredients: 335 g (3 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon) all purpose flour or bread flour. 315 Ml ( 1 1/3 cup) warm water. 1 3/4 tablespoons yeast. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt. 4 tablespoons melted butter. 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar. Method: 1. Mix the water, yeast and sugar and let it sit for 5 minutes. 2. Mix the flour and salt together. 3. In a stand mixer using the hook attachment, add the flour mixture and slowly add the water yeast mixture and blend until a combined. 4. Add the butter and knead the dough on slow for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth. 5. The dough will come together and will be soft. 6. Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl turning once to cover it with oil, cover with plastic wrap and a towel and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size for about and hour to an hour and half. 7. Punch the dough to deflate it and transfer to floured surface and shape into a rectangle with the help of a roller. 8. Roll the dough from the far end towards you to make a roll shape and pinch the edges to seal and transfer to the loaf pan (12”). 9. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size for about 2 hours. 10. Preheat the oven for 350 F and bake for about 25 minutes, butter the top when it comes out of the oven to keep it soft. 11.
